We value your trust and are committed to handling all orders, donations, refunds, and return requests with care, transparency, and responsibility. One Island Foundation is built around empathy, accountability, and sustainable social impact.

1. Purpose of Our Shop

Our WooCommerce shop may include foundation merchandise, donation-based products, support packages, and purpose-driven items created to help fund our social impact work.

Every purchase contributes toward supporting children, empowering entrepreneurs, protecting animals, and building sustainable community programs.

2. Returns for Physical Products

If you purchase a physical product from our website, you may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged when received
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect
  • The product is unused and in its original condition

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Donation products
  • Digital products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased as part of fundraising or charity support campaigns, unless damaged or incorrect

4. Donation Refunds

Donations made to One Island Foundation are generally considered final because they may be allocated quickly toward foundation activities, programs, and operational needs.

However, if a donation was made by mistake, duplicated, or entered with an incorrect amount, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request carefully and respond based on the status of the donation.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The product was damaged before delivery
  • The wrong product was sent
  • A duplicate payment was made
  • A payment error occurred
  • A refund request is approved after review by our team

Refunds will not be approved for change-of-mind purchases, used products, or completed donation contributions already allocated to foundation work.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a refund or return, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Reason for refund or return
  • Clear photos of damaged or incorrect products, if applicable

Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong or damaged item, we may guide you on the return process.

If the return is approved for another reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from our side.

8. Refund Processing
